It is to direct the energy (Which is uncontrollable) in the right direction so that benefits can be gained instead of one`s own loss of health, relationships and much more as one cannot see one`s self in the boiling water (Anger) it has to be cooled down to analyze oneself and the problem in order to direct anger in constructive way. What is Anger? The term “Anger” is a strong energy in the situations for instance, when you feel hurt, neglect, vulnerable or powerless etc. It is like a fire ball inside you that needs abrupt and quick expression of itself. It is up-to a person to express it in any way either constructive or destructive . Is anger; Constructive or Destructive? Well, it totally depends on a person to use it in either way as it is the common phenomena of human life.
